Controller and scope
TASTING & BAR and Loris Pirkheim are responsible for processing your personal data. eversecurely GmbH provides technical website services but is neither the seller nor the primary data controller.
Contact, appointments and offer calculator
When you use the contact form, experience finder, appointment enquiry or offer calculator, we process details such as your name, contact information, occasion, location, preferred date and message, together with technical data such as IP address and browser identifier. We use this information to review and answer your non-binding enquiry and to prevent misuse. It does not trigger an automatic booking or payment.
Shop, basket and checkout
Basket data is processed to assemble your selection. For an order enquiry we process contact, delivery and billing details, selected products, price and shipping information and your message. The current shop does not trigger an automatic payment. Order information is retained for review, fulfilment, communication and applicable record-keeping duties.
Vouchers
For a voucher enquiry we process the selected published design, amount, recipient details, personal message, delivery method and workflow status. These details are used for review, issue, delivery and redemption. Submitting the enquiry alone does not trigger a payment.
Files and images
Where a feature permits image, video or PDF uploads, the file, filename, technical metadata and related information are stored and checked on the server. Only upload content that you are entitled to use and that contains no unnecessary sensitive information.
Digital Loris, AI and voice
Digital Loris is identified as an AI feature. If you actively use it, your input and selected images or PDF files may be sent server-side to OpenAI to generate a response. If voice is enabled, audio and transcripts may also be processed. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data. AI output can be inaccurate and is not treated as a binding booking, price or availability commitment.
Sessions, cookies and security
The website uses technically necessary PHP session cookies, a language cookie and security mechanisms including CSRF protection, FormShield, honeypots and rate limits. Security and enquiry logs may contain timestamps, IP addresses, browser identifiers, event types and shortened diagnostic values. Local browser storage only records whether the cookie notice was acknowledged. These functions support operation, language selection, form protection and abuse prevention.
No advertising tracking
The website code currently reviewed contains no advertising cookies, marketing pixels or external analytics scripts. If such services are introduced later, this notice must be updated before activation and consent obtained where required.

Retention and deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant transaction, security, traceable business communication or legal duties. Retention periods may differ for enquiries, orders, vouchers, newsletter consent and backups. Data no longer required is deleted or anonymised unless a legal duty or legitimate interest requires otherwise.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and withdraw consent for the future. Proof of identity may be required. Contact info@tastingundbar.ch for these requests.
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport, server-side validation, permissions, secure sessions, logging and backups. No system can guarantee absolute security.
